Martin’s Properties, a leading property investment and development company based in Central London, operating throughout the South of England, today announces the appointment of Keith Mansfield as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.

Keith Mansfield takes on the role from Jane Moriarty who, having supported the business over 6 years, is stepping down at the end of March. In addition to his role on the Board, Keith takes on the roles of Chairing the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Capital Committee.
Keith, a Chartered Accountant, worked for PwC for 30 years most recently as Chairman in London responsible for assurance, tax and advisory services. Keith brings a wealth of tax, structuring and operational experience to the Board. Alongside his work with Martin’s Properties Keith sits on several Boards including Tritax EuroBox, Fairoaks Airport, Motorpoint and Digital 9 Infrastructure.
