We know how valuable your time is and how frustrating it can be to waste it when things go wrong. As our customer, you will benefit from the expertise and care of our in-house maintenance team who will be on hand to deal with any issues, however big or small. We offer every customer:
A 24-hour emergency response helpline on 020 7730 5092, 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please call the same number, you will then be asked to dial option 2 to be directed to the out of hours helpline.
· Targeted response within 4 working hours
· Pre-scheduled appointments at your convenience
· Hassle-free involvement in day-to-day maintenance and repairs
· Professional technicians to ensure all issues are responded to promptly and effectively
If you have an urgent maintenance issue, please call us on our main number 020 7730 5092. If your issue is less pressing, please email email@example.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
