The King’s Road Partnership has launched its Business Plan for 2026–2031, setting out an ambitious vision for one of London’s most iconic high streets.

The plan was launched at the Chelsea Theatre with over 100 King’s Road businesses, property owners and key stakeholders, including Martin’s Properties coming together to mark the start of an important new phase for the district.

Three pillars for the next chapter

The Business Plan is built around three key pillars that the Partnership will deliver on over the next five years: Protect, Enrich and Thrive.

  • Protect: strengthening business and district resilience, including increased Street Team capacity and a strengthened Business Crime Reduction Unit.
  • Enrich: delivering outstanding place management, anchored by the King’s Road Action Plan, increased day-to-day place management resource and protecting the King’s Road’s unique character.
  • Thrive: providing practical, cost-saving services, professional development and marketing services to help businesses prosper.

None of this is possible without the continued backing of the King’s Road business community. We encourage you to explore the full Business Plan, voting details and more on the Ballot Hub.

The ballot opens on 27th August and will run through to 5pm on 24th September with the result announced on 25th September.
