Martin’s Properties keep 1 full set of keys securely stored in their office for emergencies

Should access be required to your property, we will always try to contact you and arrange a suitable time for any required visit. Please be aware that in case of emergencies the keys may be used whilst contact is attempting to be made

Additional keys can be provided upon request

Any lost keys will be charged at £50 per key

Any lost fobs will be charged at £60 per fob
