What a success for this year’s Chelsea in Bloom, with footfall up 16%* on 2024’s record-breaking year.
The free community exhibition, that runs alongside the RHS Chelsea, this year saw 1.58 million visitors. With floral displays throughout Chelsea, including from our tenants Alo Yoga, American Vintage, Ixchel, Luca Falconi, Maje, Sticks N Sushi and The Ivy Chelsea Gardens – which also paid homage to coinciding World Bee Day – the annual display saw the community coming together once again to celebrate this special occasion and provide a showcase for Chelsea’s residents, businesses and visitors.
The awards this year were hotly contested once again, with displays judged by both the RHS and Lifestyle representatives, resulting in 15 Golds, 21 Silver-gilts, 37 Silvers and 20 Bronzes, announced at the awards ceremony.
The People’s Champion, voted for by members of the public, received a whopping 75,000 votes – double that of last year. The coveted award this year went to second time winner Trinny London, with Granado in second place, closely followed by H&M in third.

Richard Bourne, CEO of Martin’s Properties, said: “Every year we look forward to seeing what Chelsea has to offer in bloom and we are delighted that so many of our tenants took part this year. Congratulations to all the winners, and to all those who participated to showcase the area and the community. I’m sure next year will be even bigger and better!”
Over 140 installations were in place this year, up from 115 in 2024, including nine central displays.
Created by Cadogan with the Royal Horticultural Society, Chelsea in Bloom brings the Chelsea Flower Show into the heart of the neighbourhood. This year’s charity partners included the British Fashion Council Foundation and The Confetti Club, which repurposes leftover petals into confetti for Cancer Research UK.
