This simple Strawberry Banana smoothie is packed full of fruity flavor, takes 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients (per 1 serving)
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup unsweetened milk (nut, soy, animal)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt for a vegan smoothie)
Honey or maple syrup, to taste

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except the maple syrup/honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste
NB: For a vegan smoothie, use maple syrup instead of honey for the sweetener.
