This month from 10th to 16th May is Mental Health Awareness Week and never has there been a more prominent time to bring this to everyone’s attention, than during a worldwide pandemic where people have been struggling due to the lockdown. This year the theme is nature and the environment and here is what you can do during the week to connect with nature.

Please also remember that we now have three Mental Health First Aiders in our team (Aimee, Andrea and Richard), they have been specially trained to spot and help with any signs of mental health concerns, so please feel free to confidentially talk to them.
