Martin’s Properties, a leading property investment and development company based in Central London, operating throughout the South of England, has today announced the appointment of Gary Sherwin as part-time Investment Consultant and Romina Nejad as Finance Business Analyst. Established as a family business in 1946 the company has grown to become one of the largest private property owners in Kensington and Chelsea and has continued to expand its portfolio across London and the South East.
Gary Sherwin was previously Head of UK Transactions – Real Estate, at Aviva Investors and led a team delivering in excess of £7bn of UK Transactions over 5 years. Prior to this, Gary was Investment Director at Land Securities for almost 17 years. He also recently completed a term of seven years on the Investment Property Forum’s Operational Board.
Romina Nejad joins from PPL where she was a management accountant. Romina holds a degree in Business Management and Accounting from Brunel University.
