Richard Bourne Managing Director says; “We are in a very fortunate position to be able to bolster our team at the current time. Our contingency and risk planning have enabled us to retain our team and continue operating throughout the Covid-19 period to date. We have planned for a number of scenarios that may result from the crisis and we are now positioning our business to be on the front foot. James is a key hire for us as we continue to grow the business – ensuring we have all the required skill sets in place to, as far as possible, come out of this unprecedented situation stronger than before. We are fortunate to have someone of James’s calibre and experience join us and I look forward to working with him. He will be responsible for identifying the risks and opportunities for new areas of investment, scrutinising and forecasting the performance of our current assets and analysing how the occupational and investment markets may adapt and change in the post Covid-19 era.”
Tom Martin Chairman of Martin’s Family Holdings comments; “I welcome James to the team and look forward to seeing the value he brings to the business as we drive towards our strategic objectives. Now more than ever it is people that are the heart of our business and the key factor in its future success.”
