Martin’s Properties, an investment and development company based in Central London and operating throughout the South of England, has offered all vacant residential properties to NHS staff working at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.
Martin’s Properties have offered all vacant residential properties from its Chelsea residential portfolio including five 1 bed residential properties in Chelsea to the Chelsea and Westminster NHS, rent free, during the Covid-19 crisis.
The properties situated close to the Chelsea and Westminster hospital will be for use by NHS staff who are either unable to make their commute or who live with vulnerable family. The properties have been kindly furnished by Carol Anne Designs.
In a joint statement Tom Martin (Chairman) and Richard Bourne (Managing Director) comment: “This crisis has impacted everyone, as a intergenerational business we are looking to the future and we continue to evaluate how we can support our community. We have been bowled over by the response from our offer, it is clear there is a real and urgent need to minimise the spread of this virus and protect our heroic NHS workers. We would like to thank Carol Anne Designs for their kind offer to supply much of the furniture and bedding of these properties, this is testament to the business community and our extended team which includes a network of loyal suppliers and contractors.
Martin’s Properties last week announced further measures to help support all of its customers during the Covid 19 crisis.
