Martin’s Properties, a leading property investment and development company based in Central London, operating throughout the South of England, has today announced the appointment of Ross Walker-Love as Head of Development and Cristina Aloisio as Property Analyst.  Established as a family business in 1946 the company has grown to become one of the largest property portfolio owners in Kensington and Chelsea and has continued to expand its portfolio across London and the South East.

Ross Walker-Love joins the company to drive forward the development activity, which has been and remains a substantial part of the business activity going forward. Martin’s Properties has over 20% of its portfolio under development or refurbishment at any point in time. Ross holds an MSc in Real Estate development from the University of Reading and has extensive development management experience across multiple sectors, gained from working at Minerva Smart Cities, Qatari Diar, Battersea Power Station, British Land and JLL.

Cristina Aloisio, who has an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School, joins Martin’s Properties from Northdale Asset Management where she was the Financial Analyst. Prior to this Cristina was an Assistant Fund Analyst at M7 Real Estate. Cristina will be responsible for monitoring Martin’s Properties KPIs and cash flow forecast alongside research into sectors and locations for target investment and modelling financial investment appraisals.

Richard Bourne Managing Director says; “These are two key hires for us as we continue to grow the business. We are boosting our development activity significantly in order to deliver our 5 year strategy so it is great to have Ross join the team. He brings fantastic experience and will be actively involved in overseeing all development activity, identifying development opportunities in the existing portfolio as well as working with the wider team on acquiring new opportunities. It is also important in a challenging market to have someone of Cristina’s calibre to identify new areas for opportunity whilst scrutinising the current and future performance of our current and future assets.”

Tom Martin Chairman of Martin’s Family Holdings comments; “I welcome Cristina and Ross to the team and look forward to seeing the value they bring to the business as we drive towards our strategic objectives.”
