London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham grant approval for the redevelopment of Alexander House, 14-16 Peterborough Road, Parsons Green, London.
Martin’s Properties received full planning permission for their proposed redevelopment of Alexander House, currently a 28,501 sq ft office building with two ancillary residential units. The scheme, by architects Perkins + Will, will create a further 37,650 sq ft of grade A office space and a further 1,852 sq ft of residential space. The new scheme will include 2045 sq ft of affordable workspace for local residents and businesses.
